Tracing its roots in Lake Geneva back to 1873 with its original excursion boat, Lady of the Lake, the Gage Marine embodies not only a rich history, but it also continues to be one of the most popular attractions in the area. Prior to a road system that now wraps itself around the lake, residents would travel by boat to get to nearby resorts and homes.
The Gage family originally purchased the Gage Marine we now know so well today, in 1958. And in the decades thereafter, the development of additional services and activities at the marina flourished. The Gage In & Out Valet Services, Boat and Pier Services, the Pier 290 Restaurant and Bar, a venue for weddings & social events, boat sales, and the famous, boat cruises have all become staple things to see and do when visiting Lake Geneva.
